2023 NFL Draft Odds For Betting On Tonight’s Second And Third Rounds

The first round of the 2023 NFL Draft went down last night in Kansas City, with quarterbacks making up three of the top four selections. The next QB expected to be picked following those top three prospects is Will Levis.

The 6’4″ 232 Lb. quarterback from Kentucky remains available entering the second round of this year’s Draft. There is the potential for him to get picked early in the second, and online NFL Draft sportsbooks have odds on the teams that will select him.

NFL Draft Odds For Will Levis

  • Los Angeles Rams +400
  • Tennessee Titans +400
  • Las Vegas Raiders +600
  • Tampa Bay Buccaneers +1300
  • Minnesota Vikings +1300
  • Washington Commanders +1400
  • Detroit Lions +1400
  • Seattle Seahawks +1400
  • New Orleans Saints +1600
  • Green Bay Packers +1600

All potential suitors for Levis feature NFL moneyline odds that are well into the positive. Between 4-to-1 and 16-to-1 payouts are being offered in the above NFL Draft prop bet for gamblers that can correctly choose the franchise that picks Levis.

Of the teams listed above, the one that makes the most sense is the Washington Commanders. They are entering the 2023-24 season with Sam Howell under center, a second-year player out of North Carolina.

The Tennessee Volunteers’ Hendon Hooker has a second-round grade on him, and there are NFL prop bets asking which team selects him this year.

NFL Draft Odds For Hendon Hooker

  • Minnesota Vikings +300
  • Seattle Seahawks +500
  • Washington Commanders +800
  • Las Vegas Raiders +1000
  • Tennessee Titans +1000
  • Detroit Lions +1000
  • Atlanta Falcons +1200
  • Los Angeles Rams +1400
  • Tampa Bay Buccaneers +1600
  • New Orleans Saints +1800

The Minnesota Vikings possess a sizable lead in the Hooker odds. Kirk Cousins led his team to the NFL Playoffs last year as the 2-seed in the NFC, but it wouldn’t hurt to add a reliable backup to keep their postseason hopes alive if he goes down.

The Seattle Seahawks signed Geno Smith to a contract worthy of starter pay. Now that we’re outside of the first round, Hooker makes for a nice future stash for Seattle. He can learn under Smith and take the reigns when ready.

The Detroit Lions have the third pick of the second round and also lead the odds to pick Notre Dame tight end Michael Mayer.

NFL Draft Odds For Michael Mayer

  • Detroit Lions +130
  • Green Bay Packers +430
  • Las Vegas Raiders +1000
  • Washington Commanders +1100
  • New York Jets +1200
  • Carolina Panthers +1400
  • New Orleans Saints +1500
  • Dallas Cowboys +1900
  • Indianapolis Colts +2200
  • Miami Dolphins +2500

The Lions could use a solid option at TE since they traded away T.J. Hockenson to the Vikings last November. Mayer clocked in a 40 time of 4.7 in the 2023 NFL Combine and provides a big target at 6’4″, 250 pounds.

The Green Bay Packers have the 11th pick (42) in the second round and are ranked just behind Detroid with a +400 moneylines. All other franchises featured 10-to-1 payouts or higher.

The clock will begin ticking on the Pittsburgh Steelers tonight at 7:00 PM on NFL Network and ESPN. Rounds 2-3 will complete tonight, and coverage of rounds 4-7 will begin tomorrow at noon.
